Through the Mobile Application: If available, users can access the account deletion option within the Gaumata Sewa Trust mobile application and submit a deletion request directly.
Through Email: Users may also request account deletion by sending an email to:

- Reason for Account Deletion (Optional)
2. Verification Process
To protect user accounts from unauthorized deletion requests, Gaumata Sewa Trust may verify the identity of the account holder before processing any deletion request.
Additional information may be requested where necessary for verification purposes.
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification and approval of the deletion request, Gaumata Sewa Trust will permanently delete or anonymize, where applicable:
- User account information
- Profile details
- Donation / contribution history
- Membership preferences
- Uploaded documents
- Communication history stored within our systems
- Other personal information associated with the account
4. Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required:
- To comply with legal obligations
- To prevent fraud or abuse

- To enforce our legal agreements

5. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days after successful verification.
Users may receive confirmation once the deletion process has been completed.
6. Effect of Account Deletion
After account deletion:
- You will no longer be able to access your Gaumata Sewa Trust account.
- Your profile will no longer be visible to others.
- Active contributions and membership activities may be discontinued.
- Deleted information may not be recoverable.
Users should ensure they have downloaded or retained any information they wish to keep before requesting deletion.
